1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order or request through our website or communication channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

2. Our Services

SMR Music Edits provides custom music editing and production services tailored for performance, choreography, studios, and related creative use cases. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Music edits

• Multi-song mixes and medleys

• Production builds

• Sound design enhancements

• Seasonal packages and VIP memberships

All Services are delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed

3. Ordering & Turnaround

a. Submitting Requests

You must complete the official request form (Request Edit) or contact us directly with all required details before work begins.

b. Turnaround Times

• Standard turnaround is 72 hours from the time your order is confirmed.

• Rush delivery (24-hour turnaround) is available as an add-on and subject to availability.

4. Music Policy & Content Source

You are responsible for providing the original music files to be edited. SMR Music Edits purchases music from legitimate sources (e.g., iTunes) for editing. If a track is not available, in rare cases music may be accessed via public sources as needed for production purposes, but this does not grant any rights to you beyond the custom edit itself.

You represent that you have the legal right to use and supply the music you submit for editing, and you agree to comply with all applicable copyright and performance laws relating to your use. SMR Music Edits is not responsible for copyright or public performance licensing beyond providing the custom edit. (Clients are responsible for securing any performance rights required by competitions, venues, or broadcasting entities.)

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

a. SMR Music Edits Rights

All original materials, processes, templates, code, and edits (excluding music you provide) are the intellectual property of SMR SoundWorks and/or its founder.

b. Client-Specific Deliverables

Custom edits and productions created for you are delivered solely for your use in performance and related contexts. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the edits beyond your personal, studio, or team use without explicit written permission from SMR Music Edits.

You acknowledge that SMR Music Edits retains full ownership of any edit until payment is received in full.

6. Payment, Refunds & Fees - Payment is due in full prior to delivery of any final edit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

There are no refunds once work has begun, as custom editing services are uniquely created based on your specifications and cannot be repurposed.

Any additional services requested after delivery (e.g., major structural revisions not included in original scope) may incur additional fees.

7. Amendments

SMR SoundWorks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We recommend you review these Terms periodically to stay informed.
